At the hem is a trim of black natural raffia fringe that is hand knotted and secured to a separate tape before being added to the dress.
Apart from the fabulous black embroideries and raffia fringe, this dress is fashioned in pure cool linen plain weave in a rich natural sandstone beige. Linen is a must for summer sun. It wicks moisture better even than cotton voile. It remains cool to the touch. Linen is also anti-static, anti bacterial, breathable, odor resistant and incredibly durable.
