Our Consultants join us for a variety of reasons, but they all say they love owning their own boutique! They enjoy the flexible work schedule built around quarterly trunk shows, which gives them plenty of time to develop their client base via their network of friends and associates. Representing Carlisle is an empowering and enriching experience for all of our Consultants. When new Carlisle Consultants join our business, we make sure they are in a position to succeed. We begin with extensive training at our Carlisle University. This training immerses new Consultants in all aspects of our business: Carlisle’s collections, client relationships, sales and marketing skills, and administrative support. In short, we ensure that our new Consultants are prepared to succeed before they venture out to meet their first client.

The support for our Wardrobe Consultants doesn't end with this initial training. We continue to develop fresh fashions that will excite clients. We also arrange regular meetings for our most experienced Consultants to foster camaraderie and sharing of good business practices.
