Eileen oversees Carlisle's apparel production. She is responsible for our apparel from its inception through its design, fabrication, and importation. She joined Carlisle as Production Manager in 1989. She later became Vice President for Production, and in April of 2002, advanced to her current position as Executive Vice President of the Connaught Group.

Eileen began her career with the R.H. Macy Company in 1977, and after completing that company's management training program, worked in its private label group. In that position, she traveled all over the world, building her expertise in importation, as well as in the design and manufacture of women's finer sportswear.

Eileen attended Hebrew University in Israel, earning a double degree in Economics and International Relations; she then attended Rutgers University, earning an additional degree in Art Education.
